Riviera Events, were very professional and kept me informed at various stages of my booking, due to changes in the weather. We hired 2 bouncy castles and the company were able to adapt me booking so they could go inside rather that the original plan of outside. I believe that they treated us as valued customers and listened well to our requests. They got back to me promptly throughout. Would definitely use them again and recommend them.

Fun In The Snow
Today we had to cancel all our bookings due to the snow and the awful conditions, the safety of all our customers and their guests is always our number one priority above making money, we still have bills to pay here at Riviera Mascots & Bounce Torbay but that never enters our thinking when we cancel bookings on safety grounds.
We took advantage of having a rare day off on a Sunday so decided to let Catboy have some fun in the Snow as it sure doesn't happen very often here on the English Riviera.
