This is my second year of using Rivera Events for my sons birthday, they have a great range of themed bouncy castles last year being Thomas the tank engine and this year being hot wheels there is something for all ages which is great raging from toddlers to adults , when we arrived at the venue it was already set up and ready to go this helps a lot , When it was time to pack up, they handled everything smoothly and without any fuss. Asked for a slot for an Elf visit - Anthony went out of his way to accommodate us. Arrived bang on time and kids both amazed by him. Costume amazing and so realistic in mannerisms. Absolutely recommend- worth every penny for their faces and excitement well after Elf left. Thank you!

Absolutely amazing bouncy castle. We had the large adult one at our 5 year olds party the set up was so fast along with the taking away at the end would definitely use riviera events again

Yesterday we successfully completed the HSE recognised PIPA training course (that is designed to test your knowledge on the safe set up and operating procedures of inflatables) with a 100% pass rate on both modules.
The main parts of the course was, setting up in a safe area, making sure all fall off points are matted, safe wind speeds, outside anchoring and risk assessments to list a few.
We pride ourselves on always being a safe hirer from day 1 and have a moral compass that your safety is paramount before our profits and why we cancel outside bookings based on wind gust forecasts, soft grounds and other reasons not passing risk assessments.
We are 1 of 2 companies based in the bay to hold this qualification.
So when hiring from any inflatable hire company you should be asking to see that:
- This course has been completed.
- Insurance policy is in force.
- The inflatable you're hiring has been annually tested and is in date ( the insurance policy is invalid if it has no test on it).
- Ask for the PIPA tag number of the castle and that way you can view the report and test online to check it's in date.
- PAT tested electrical equipment.
- Risk assessments.
If any of the above cannot be provided, then ask yourself "is who you're hiring from worried about the safety of you and your guests and are they doing the job properly"
