Highly recommend, the castle was all set up before I even arrived. The kids where Highly entertained with the castle, ball pool and ride ons. Then at they end it was taken down so super fast. Staff where super friendly and professional aswell.

Riviera Events, were very professional and kept me informed at various stages of my booking, due to changes in the weather. We hired 2 bouncy castles and the company were able to adapt me booking so they could go inside rather that the original plan of outside. I believe that they treated us as valued customers and listened well to our requests. They got back to me promptly throughout. Would definitely use them again and recommend them.

We had the angry bird castle and didi cars for my sons 5th Birthday party. Ant was very helpful in making sure the castle would fit in the hall we hired and he kept us informed up to our party. On the party day Ant provided a very quick, informative and efficient service. We will definitely use Riviera Mascots in the future. Thank you Ant

Yesterday we successfully completed the HSE recognised PIPA training course (that is designed to test your knowledge on the safe set up and operating procedures of inflatables) with a 100% pass rate on both modules.
The main parts of the course was, setting up in a safe area, making sure all fall off points are matted, safe wind speeds, outside anchoring and risk assessments to list a few.
We pride ourselves on always being a safe hirer from day 1 and have a moral compass that your safety is paramount before our profits and why we cancel outside bookings based on wind gust forecasts, soft grounds and other reasons not passing risk assessments.
We are 1 of 2 companies based in the bay to hold this qualification.
So when hiring from any inflatable hire company you should be asking to see that:
- This course has been completed.
- Insurance policy is in force.
- The inflatable you're hiring has been annually tested and is in date ( the insurance policy is invalid if it has no test on it).
- Ask for the PIPA tag number of the castle and that way you can view the report and test online to check it's in date.
- PAT tested electrical equipment.
- Risk assessments.
If any of the above cannot be provided, then ask yourself "is who you're hiring from worried about the safety of you and your guests and are they doing the job properly"
