Absolutely top notch, arrived early to set up for my little girls birthday and bang on time to take away, cannot fault the professional service and they have everything you could possibly need. Yesterday we successfully completed the HSE recognised PIPA training course (that is designed to test your knowledge on the safe set up and operating procedures of inflatables) with a 100% pass rate on both modules.
The main parts of the course was, setting up in a safe area, making sure all fall off points are matted, safe wind speeds, outside anchoring and risk assessments to list a few.
We pride ourselves on always being a safe hirer from day 1 and have a moral compass that your safety is paramount before our profits and why we cancel outside bookings based on wind gust forecasts, soft grounds and other reasons not passing risk assessments.
We are 1 of 2 companies based in the bay to hold this qualification.
So when hiring from any inflatable hire company you should be asking to see that:
- This course has been completed.
- Insurance policy is in force.
- The inflatable you're hiring has been annually tested and is in date ( the insurance policy is invalid if it has no test on it).
- Ask for the PIPA tag number of the castle and that way you can view the report and test online to check it's in date.
- PAT tested electrical equipment.
- Risk assessments.
If any of the above cannot be provided, then ask yourself "is who you're hiring from worried about the safety of you and your guests and are they doing the job properly"
