Absolutely top notch, arrived early to set up for my little girls birthday and bang on time to take away, cannot fault the professional service and they have everything you could possibly need. Absolutely fantastic experience using this company for a bouncy castle at my wedding in August. The service was brilliant, constant communication and nothing was too much trouble. They even came back to the venue to dry the bouncy castle after it had rained! Kids and adults loved the castle and it really added something fun and special to our day for our guests. Highly recommend, the castle was all set up before I even arrived. The kids where Highly entertained with the castle, ball pool and ride ons. Then at they end it was taken down so super fast. Staff where super friendly and professional aswell.

Riviera Events, were very professional and kept me informed at various stages of my booking, due to changes in the weather. We hired 2 bouncy castles and the company were able to adapt me booking so they could go inside rather that the original plan of outside. I believe that they treated us as valued customers and listened well to our requests. They got back to me promptly throughout. Would definitely use them again and recommend them.
