Planning a party can be stressful, but hiring your entertainment shouldn't be! At Riviera Events, we believe in complete transparency and want to make your booking experience as smooth as possible. Below, we have compiled a list of the most common questions we receive from customers across Torquay, Paignton, Brixham, Newton Abbot, and Teignmouth.

Q. Are your bouncy castles safe?
A. All our castles comply with all the necessary safety requirements and are annually inspected
against strict testing criteria by an independent tester
Q. How long is the hire period for a bouncy castle?
A. The average hire time is 2 hours if it is an indoor party, we will deliver and collect at a convenient time to suit you; in general we would say there is roughly a 30 minute set-up and 30 minute take down time,you are not charged for the time it takes to set up & take down. If you want to keep the castle overnight we can arrange this but it will incur an additional charge
Q. Can the bouncy castle go inside?
A. All of our castles are suitable to go inside if there is sufficient space. The castles will be safely weighted down with sandbags, instead of the pegs that are used for outdoor use, please see the list of suitable venues we have provided for in the past and if you are unsure if any castle will fit we can always go and measure up for you.
Q. When do we need to book?
A. You can book at any time but please BOOK EARLY to avoid disappointment
Q. Can all the children at the party go on the bouncy castle at the same time?
A. All the castles have a maximum number of children allowed on at any one time, this is for their own safety!
We will advise you of this number when you book and provide you with written safety instructions. We leave you to referee timings!
Why not add a ball pool, didi cars or any of our other add-ons to your booking providing fun for all children at the party even when they are not using the bouncy castle
