Anthony did an amazing set up for my sons 3rd birthday. The package hire was impressive and good value for money, He is also very quick to respond to enquires and very helpful. Definitely would recommend his services and use him again in the future.

Booking was easy online and received confirmation straight away. We changed our package details multiple times, which was always dealt with with no fuss! Equipment was all clean and in good order. The kids loved the inflatables and soft play and it really made our party! Thanks.

Brilliant company. Would recommend to anyone. They turned up early, and had everything set up quickly. When it was out time finished, they were not pushy, and turned up when agreed and silently left me to get on with closing my party down. Equipment was in good condition and everything was clean.

Planning a party can be stressful, but hiring your entertainment shouldn't be! At Riviera Events, we believe in complete transparency and want to make your booking experience as smooth as possible. Below, we have compiled a list of the most common questions we receive from customers across Torquay, Paignton, Brixham, Newton Abbot, and Teignmouth.

Q. How far do you travel?
A. We will deliver/visit within a 10 mile radius for free, a charge will apply to delivery over 10 miles.
Q. Are your bouncy castles safe?
A. All our castles comply with all the necessary safety requirements and are annually inspected
against strict testing criteria by an independent tester
Q. How long is the hire period for a bouncy castle?
A. The average hire time is 2 hours if it is an indoor party, we will deliver and collect at a convenient time to suit you; in general we would say there is roughly a 30 minute set-up and 30 minute take down time,you are not charged for the time it takes to set up & take down. If you want to keep the castle overnight we can arrange this but it will incur an additional charge
Q. Can the bouncy castle go inside?
A. All of our castles are suitable to go inside if there is sufficient space. The castles will be safely weighted down with sandbags, instead of the pegs that are used for outdoor use, please see the list of suitable venues we have provided for in the past and if you are unsure if any castle will fit we can always go and measure up for you.
Q. When do we need to book?
A. You can book at any time but please BOOK EARLY to avoid disappointment
Q. Can all the children at the party go on the bouncy castle at the same time?
A. All the castles have a maximum number of children allowed on at any one time, this is for their own safety!
We will advise you of this number when you book and provide you with written safety instructions. We leave you to referee timings!
