Absolutely fantastic experience using this company for a bouncy castle at my wedding in August. The service was brilliant, constant communication and nothing was too much trouble. They even came back to the venue to dry the bouncy castle after it had rained! Kids and adults loved the castle and it really added something fun and special to our day for our guests. Asked for a slot for an Elf visit - Anthony went out of his way to accommodate us. Arrived bang on time and kids both amazed by him. Costume amazing and so realistic in mannerisms. Absolutely recommend- worth every penny for their faces and excitement well after Elf left. Thank you!

Brilliant company. Would recommend to anyone. They turned up early, and had everything set up quickly. When it was out time finished, they were not pushy, and turned up when agreed and silently left me to get on with closing my party down. Equipment was in good condition and everything was clean.

Riviera Events, were very professional and kept me informed at various stages of my booking, due to changes in the weather. We hired 2 bouncy castles and the company were able to adapt me booking so they could go inside rather that the original plan of outside. I believe that they treated us as valued customers and listened well to our requests. They got back to me promptly throughout. Would definitely use them again and recommend them.
