Highly recommend, the castle was all set up before I even arrived. The kids where Highly entertained with the castle, ball pool and ride ons. Then at they end it was taken down so super fast. Staff where super friendly and professional aswell.

This is my second year of using Rivera Events for my sons birthday, they have a great range of themed bouncy castles last year being Thomas the tank engine and this year being hot wheels there is something for all ages which is great raging from toddlers to adults , when we arrived at the venue it was already set up and ready to go this helps a lot , When it was time to pack up, they handled everything smoothly and without any fuss. The service as great. The bouncy castle was up when I arrived. He was friendly and efficient and made the process so seemless and stress free which is what you need on a child birthday day. And he was great value compared to other local services. Would definitely use again.

Booking was easy online and received confirmation straight away. We changed our package details multiple times, which was always dealt with with no fuss! Equipment was all clean and in good order. The kids loved the inflatables and soft play and it really made our party! Thanks.

Great customer service beforehand deciding on sizes and options. Efficient, safe, punctual, and helpful. We have had a few character visits and bouncy castles and they are consistently exactly who you want to help you out at your child’s party. I can not fault them.
